Profile

Dr. Onguso Asenath is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration .She holds a PhD degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT)

Dr. Onguso Asenath sits in various committees in the school of business, KCA University. She has been very instrumental in curriculum development and reviewing of various curriculums where she has worked in curriculum development at KCA University for Doctor of Business Administration program and reviewing of Master of Business Administration (HRM) PROGRAMS

Dr. Onguso Asenath was the chair curriculum development committee in the department of business Administration KCA University 2022-2023. She is also a committee member for development of teaching practice and industrial attachment policy.
