Introduction 

The 3rd School of Business Annual Research Conference – (SOBARC III) explores cutting-edge research on various topical areas intended to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Using a three-pronged approach, the conference creates a platform for scholars, industry practitioners, and government to interact and share common ideas on emerging issues. The SOBARC III provides a unique platform to share perspectives with the potential to solve emerging challenges facing the Industry and humanity in Kenya and elsewhere. In furtherance to the university’s motto of “Advancing Knowledge – Driving Change” the conference is a good networking forum for industry peers and professionals to establish strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders. 

The SOBARC CONFERENCE  seeks to achieve the following objectives;

1. Allow Scholars to disseminate research findings 
2. Provide a platform for scholars to engage with industry practitioners and government to foster and promote sustainable policies.
