Communication from Exams Office

Dear All CoB Students,

Allow me to extend my sincere gratitude to you for your continued cooperation. Through your cooperation our remote learning and assessment has progressed smoothly.

I would like to pass the following communication:

1. Postponement of the date for Special and Supplementary Examinations

I wish to draw to your attention that the special and supplementary examinations that were scheduled on 23rd-27th June 2021 have been postponed to 12th-16th July 2021.

Kindly note that the application link for the special and supplementary examinations remains the same as earlier posted on the university website. To access the link, go to www.kca.ac.ke and while on the university website navigate to the college of business which is found under the academics section.

2. Complaints on Missing Marks

The diploma and certificate results are already released and we expect the degree results to be released next week.

We advise that all missing marks complaints be channeled through the marks’ complaints link posted on the university website under the College of Business webpage. Kindly take note that relevant evidence will be required to support your complaint.

If you missed coursework assessments kindly take note that University examination regulations require that you repeat the unit.

3. Remarking

In the event that you are not satisfied with any of your marks scored, you have a right to apply for remarking of the final examination. Such an application should be made to the Registrar within two weeks following the release of the results.

The requests for remarking should be channeled through the email registrar@kcau.ac.ke. Kindly take note that remarking is done after payment of Ksh. 4,000 per unit fee directly to the university’s account.

May God bless you and bless you all, may God bless KCA University.
