Profile

Dr. Mary Mwanzia is currently a lecturer/ Post Graduate Coordinator and researcher at the KCA University school of Business in Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a Master in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Jomo Kenyatta University. She holds a marketing degree from Kenya Methodist University.

Am a strong research professional with in-depth knowledge in writing both academic and business research, analysis, and review of research output . I  guide scholars around the world in publishing their manuscripts in referenced scholarly journals upon request , a peer reviewer and journal selection expert with African Journal Of Management (AJOM), am an External/Internal doctoral reviewer and arbitrator in Kenyan and international Institutions of Higher learning. She has secured a Grant with British Council on Gender based violence in institutions of higher learning. Held Senior Lecturer Position before securing a job with KCA University and now Post Graduate Programme coordinator.

With vast development of curriculum development committees, Pprofessional consultancy in strategic Management, Public Administration, Strategic Planning, Gender Main-streaming, and HIV & Aids, she has facilitated and held training in Constituency Development Fund, Board member & Chairperson Creating the Future Institute International Christian Center ( ICC).

She has received many recognition’s including Souvenir Parents Teachers Association (PTA) for four years of service in Loreto Limuru High School, dependable team member, and a notable researcher. Over the years, has held memberships clubs in organizations like African Academy Of Management (AFAM), KuQan (Kenya Universities Quality Assurance Network)

She is particularly passionate about research that has the potential to bring change to the African Continent, Implementation and Control, Competitive advantage, Corporate Governance, strategic management and sustainability.
