Dr. Maende is a Lecturer in the School of Business at KCA University, specialising in Human Resource Management. She holds a PhD from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi. Her academic interests encompass human resource management, teaching, and research. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), reflecting her commitment to professional development and advancing knowledge and practice in the field of human resource management.
